Empowered by our devotion to design & efficiency and built in
honor of our late founder, our headquarters sits on the banks of the beautiful Arkansas River next to the Alltel Corporate Campus. Our view preserves natural Arkansas beauty yet integrates prosperity of downtown Little Rock.

Our building won the prominent ASHREA Technology Award for alternative energy. The unique heating and cooling system employs 80 polyethylene coils sunk in the Arkansas river. With costs documented at 1/3 that of conventional systems, this building is very energy efficient and environmentally friendly.
